Getting Started with Delta Dental
- Online: Go to deltadentalins.com and choose Log in to create an account or log in to your existing account.
- Mobile App: Search for Delta Dental in the App Store or Google Play.
- Find a Dentist:. Use the Delta Dental search tool to find providers in-network.
Network
- Our plan uses the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier network, offering nationwide coverage to all eligible ZEOs and their dependents.
ID Cards
Delta Dental does not issue individual ID cards. You will not need a Delta Dental ID card when you visit the dentist. Just provide your name, birth date and enrollee ID or Social Security number. Dependents enrolled on your plan should provide the name of the subscriber (the ZEO) when confirming coverage with a provider.
