What is Group Basic Life/AD&D Insurance?
Group Basic Life Insurance pays a benefit amount to your chosen beneficiary(ies) in the event that you pass away. You are automatically enrolled at two times your covered annual earnings up to a maximum of $600,000.
Group Accidental Death & Dismemberment pays a benefit in addition to your life insurance for the loss of a life or other injuries resulting from a covered accident.
Beneficiary Designation
Please ensure that you have a named beneficiary for your life insurance plans in PlanSource. You can designate a beneficiary during your benefits enrollment and update it at any time. If you need assistance with adding or updating a beneficiary, please reach out to ZEOTotalRewards@zuora.com.
