- Online: Visit kp.org/register to activate your online account.
- Mobile App: Download the Kaiser Permanente app on Google Play or the App store.
ID Cards
ZEOs who enroll in a Kaiser plan during Open Enrollment can expect to receive a physical ID card to their home address on file in Workday by the end of December.
New hires can expect their physical ID cards within 2 weeks from enrollment.
Every member of your family will be given a unique Medical Record Number (MRN) and will receive their own ID card with their name and MRN listed, which can be used to access care at a Kaiser facility.
Southern California Members: Kaiser has two health plan regions: Northern California and Southern California. You will receive two (2) ID cards, one for each region. Please keep and present both membership cards when seeking care.

- 24/7 Advice Line: Support from licensed care professionals who can offer on the spot guidance and schedule supplemental appointments.
