Which plan is right for me?

Picking the right plan depends on your healthcare needs and your budget. Below is a brief outline on the plans, however we recommend reviewing the official Plan Summaries for a more comprehensive overview of coverage.

High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)

With this health plan, you get greater control over your healthcare spending, lower payroll deductions, the same network as the PPO, and tax-free savings from a Health Savings Account (as well as a contribution from Zuora).

PPO Plan

This plan offers higher payroll deductions in exchange for predictable in-network costs. However, there is no tax savings from the Health Savings Account (and no Zuora contribution to a Health Savings Account).

Watch this helpful video created by Blue Shield that explains Zuora’s plans in detail.

Here’s a brief overview of the plans, highlighting their main features. For a detailed understanding, please refer to the official plan documents on this page.

Finding a Doctor

Depending on your location, use the links below to access a step-by-step tutorial on how to check if your doctor is in-network on the BSCA site:

ID Cards

ZEOs who enroll in a BSCA plan during Open Enrollment can expect to receive a physical ID card to their home address on file in Workday by the end of December.

New hires can expect their physical ID cards within 2 weeks from enrollment.

ID cards will show the name of the primary member (the ZEO) and will not be issued under individual dependent names.

Virtual ID cards can be obtained on the BSCA website once your enrollment has been processed by following the directions here (PDF, opens in a new tab).
