Zuora understands that your healthcare needs are unique, which is why we offer a variety of medical plan options designed to support you and your family in achieving optimal health. We provide two comprehensive plans through Blue Shield of California (BSCA): a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and a PPO plan, both available to eligible ZEOs nationwide, except in Hawaii. Additionally, for eligible ZEOs in California, we offer an HMO plan through Kaiser Permanente.
Blue Shield of CA (BSCA)
Zuora offers a High Deductible Health Plan and PPO plan through Blue Shield of CA (BSCA). These plans are available to eligible ZEOs nationwide, with the exception of Hawaii.

Kaiser Permanente
In addition, Zuora also offers an HMO plan through Kaiser Permanente. Kaiser Permanente provides high-quality care and coverage through their specialized integrated health care model. Zuora’s Kaiser plan is available to eligible ZEOs in California only.
